	Miele Professional Appoint Charles Lindfield as Decontamination Business Account Manager	25 April 2012
	Abingdon, Oxfordshire – 25 April 2012 - Miele Professional have today announced that they have appointed Charles Lindfield as Miele’s Decontamination Business Account Manager. A thirty-year veteran in the sterilisation industry, first as an engineer and over twenty years in sales as National Sales Manager at BMM Weston, Lindfield joins Miele in this newly created role. Les Marshall, Sales & Marketing Director at Miele said: “I’m delighted that Charles has decided to join the Miele team. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience that the whole team will benefit from.” He takes up his position at a time when the company is preparing to introduce new products into a healthcare market where patient safety and traceability are important themes, and as more and more projects are seeking to purchase from a single well-branded supplier. He will be leading this sector at Miele in its mission to closely identify each customer’s need and then exceeding expectations in delivering the perfect solution and exceptional aftercare. “Every customer has a unique set of challenges when it comes to either upgrading an existing decontamination unit or creating a new one.
